I've had stories rejected where they really liked my writing yet it didn't quite fit their venue. I never know what to do with those stories afterwards except to maybe publish them here on Substack. But, this, your story from "Tulubaikaporia" is Wow, just wow! It's really good -- for a number of reasons, in a number of ways. For me, currently, I am reading the streams-of-consciousness of James Joyce ("Ulysses") and Virginia Woolf ("Mrs. Dalloway," in particular, her walking through Westminster in the morning). Shostakovich's music never fails to get to me, and his quartet no. 8, 2nd mvt, no matter which version, is the perfect soundtrack for this chaotic city scene in your story. I love Russian classical music, Russian literature (albeit 19th century mostly) and Russian history, so this fits my mindset anthology. Just great thinking and writing. Thanks!

Thank you very much, Samantha!
"because of the style"? I don't like them already
in all honesty, the style was complimented and enjoyed, it just wasn't a good fit for the anthology alas :D
